Care and Support Team Member

This role involves working as a Rapid Response Carer, traveling up to 100 miles from your home postcode to provide support to service users. Mileage is paid at a rate of 0.32p per mile.

About the Job

As a member of our dynamic care team, you will work days and nights, across 7 days, on a rolling rota with every second weekend off. Shifts can be pre-booked or arranged last minute, requiring you to attend any given site as required, as quickly as possible.

What We Need From You
  • A minimum of 3 years' experience in the care sector, preferably with a focus on palliative and complex care.
  • A full clean driving licence and access to your own vehicle are essential.
  • You must be a confident driver, able to attend shifts promptly, at short notice on the days/nights you are scheduled on call.

Work Schedule
  • No less than 32 hours per week.
  • 10 hour shift, 12 hour shift, 8 hour shift, day shift, Monday to Friday, night shift, weekend availability.
