Senior Business Development Manager

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Business Analyst to join our team at Sanderson. As a Senior Business Analyst, you will play a key role in driving business growth and improvement through data-driven insights and strategic analysis.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of the insurance industry, including market trends and competitor analysis
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business opportunities and develop strategic plans to capitalize on them
- Conduct thorough analysis of business processes and identify areas for improvement
- Design and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including business leaders and technical teams
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst in the insurance industry
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and develop actionable insights
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects
- Strong understanding of business operations and process improvement methodologies
