Reward and Wellbeing Manager

Ki Insurance is a dynamic and fast-paced organization that recognizes the importance of inclusivity and diversity. We are seeking a Reward and Wellbeing Manager to join our team and drive our total reward strategy forward.
In this role, you will define the vision, strategy, and roadmap for our reward approach, ensuring it is aligned with our business objectives and commitment to equality. You will lead the design and deployment of new reward processes, manage the transition to a new operating model, and develop our wellbeing strategy.
You will have a strong understanding of the reward landscape, with experience in complex and regulated environments. You will work closely with senior stakeholders, including the People Director, to advise on matters related to reward and wellbeing.
The successful candidate will receive a salary of £90,000 - £120,000, depending on experience, plus a competitive benefits package and performance-related bonus.
