Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Regional Sales Coach to join our team at Likewize. As the fastest growing tech protection and support company, we are committed to delivering innovative solutions and exceptional service to our clients.

The successful candidate will maintain and expand key stakeholder relationships, embedding our products and services within our clients' business priorities. You will identify new growth opportunities to achieve desired objectives, ensuring our clients have robust oversight and controls in place to evidence sales process adherence.

You will design and deliver effective training, marketing, and incentive strategies across all sales channels, including call centre and retail locations. This will enable our clients' sales staff to achieve compliant sales in line with regulatory requirements.

The primary responsibilities of this role include:

  • Collaborating with sales, marketing, and product leads to design and execute training, marketing, and incentive strategies to accelerate sales of our products and services.
  • Traveling to large call centre and retail locations across the region to implement training and incentive plans.
  • Tracking and evidencing commercial impact of each sales coaching event in each customer.
  • Negotiating and designing KPIs with each customer.
  • Delivering performance updates against a set of KPIs to internal and external stakeholders for each client.
  • Maintaining Sales Optimisation growth action plans.
  • Promoting the complete Likewize capabilities across all product and service sectors, securing key stakeholder meetings to establish further growth opportunities.

Key qualifications for this role include:

  • A proven track record of creating training content and presenting to large numbers.
  • Experience in sales, optimisation, or enablement in a B2B or B2C environment.
  • Strong knowledge of the tech protection and support industry and market.
  • Ability to use data and insights to drive sales performance and innovation.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Salary: Up to £35,000 per annum
