Job Purpose

We're seeking a highly skilled Customer Relationship Management Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our CRM team, you'll be responsible for developing and executing customer-centric marketing campaigns that drive engagement, loyalty, and revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and implement targeted marketing campaigns across multiple channels to drive customer engagement and loyalty.
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our customers' needs and preferences to inform marketing strategies.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless campaign execution and maximize ROI.
  • Analyze campaign performance and provide data-driven insights to inform future marketing initiatives.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in CRM and marketing automation.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in CRM and marketing automation, preferably with a marketing cloud platform.
  • Strong understanding of email marketing principles, triggered email campaign testing, and performance optimization.
  • Experience with implementing highly targeted and segmented customer communications.
  • Experience with optimizing omnichannel customer journeys.
  • Experience delivering communications to drive improved loyalty and engagement, ultimately driving incremental revenue.
  • Experience running reports and analysis with experience of detailed data analysis.
  • Experience of using data to make informed decisions and recommendations.
  • Understanding of the role and characteristics of different communications channels.
  • Understanding and experience of implementing dynamic personalization and tailored content.
  • Experience of owning projects and delivering to multiple deadlines with limited supervision.
  • Demonstratable experience of being a self-starter with strong attention to detail.
  • Prior experience of working in a fast-paced organization where changes to marketing plans at short notice are common.
  • Experience of working for a Beauty brand or Retail organization is desirable.
