About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Client Engagement Executive to join our team at Restore Harrow Green in Croydon. As a key member of our customer-facing team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences and building strong relationships with our clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients, understanding their needs and preferences to provide tailored solutions.
  • Maintain high standards of customer service and communication, addressing any issues or concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Identify opportunities to upsell our services and products, ensuring maximum revenue growth and customer satisfaction.
  • Ensure accurate and efficient processing of documentation, adhering to company and regulatory standards.
  • Provide administrative support, handling enquiries and requests in a prompt and courteous manner.
  • Collaborate with the team to achieve shared goals and objectives, contributing to a positive and productive working environment.
