This is a new position that provides an exciting opportunity to drive a proactive approach to data analytics, visualisation and storytelling that will enhance learning outcomes and engagement for students.
About the Role
The Director of Student Engagement and Metrics will work closely with the Director of Teaching and Learning to lead the use of data analytics and metrics to improve student outcomes. This work will inform the design of high quality, engaging, and inclusive educational programs that further enhance student engagement.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a data-driven approach to student engagement and learning growth
- Collaborate with the Director of Teaching and Learning to drive a proactive approach to data analytics, visualisation and storytelling
- Lead the use of data analytics and metrics to improve student outcomes
- Inform the design of high quality, engaging, and inclusive educational programs
- Support the achievement of our strategic target to embed data-informed practices that enhance contemporary teaching and learning
