We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Client Handler to join our Commercial Enterprise Unit based in our Croydon office. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional client service and support to our commercial and consumer clients across the UK.
Key Responsibilities- Client Service and Support: Provide professional advice and service to all clients, ensuring that all customers are dealt with professionally and fairly.
- Policy Management: Effectively manage policy events following compliant processes, ensuring that all clients are informed and up-to-date on policy changes.
- Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, prospects, associates, insurers, and external specialists to maximize business opportunities.
- Business Development: Proactively work with colleagues across the business to identify and maximize opportunities for growth.
- Market Knowledge: Stay up-to-date on market trends and developments, ensuring that clients are appraised of updates regarding political, regulatory, and market changes that may impact them and their business.
- Experience: Minimum 5 GCSEs, Grades A-C including English and Maths, and previous experience in an Account Handling role (Insurance).
- Client Service Skills: Excellent client service and administrative experience, adhering to processes and systems with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Teamwork and Communication: Ability to work in a team, with good communication skills to effectively liaise with internal colleagues.
- Technical Skills: Computer literate with good experience of using MS Office Suite and operational use of Acturis.
