Care Coordinator for Elderly Care

We are looking for a dedicated Senior Night Care Assistant to join our team at Barchester Healthcare. This role involves supervising and inspiring a team of care assistants, supporting the clinical team, and delivering high-quality care to our residents.

RequirementsTo be successful in this role, you will need to have an NVQ Level 3 or Advanced Diploma in Health & Social Care, as well as specific knowledge of clinical care for the elderly. You should also be compassionate, committed to individualised care, and able to motivate and inspire others.
