We are seeking a motivated and caring Senior Night Care Assistant to join our team at Barchester Healthcare. As a Senior Night Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality care and support to our residents, working closely with the Deputy General Manager to ensure the delivery of quality person-centred care and support.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to develop your skills and career as a Senior Night Care Assistant, with ongoing training opportunities and a competitive rate of pay. You will be responsible for supervising and inspiring a team of care assistants, supporting the clinical team, and creating a warm and welcoming environment.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to have an NVQ Level 3 or Advanced Diploma in Health & Social Care, as well as specific knowledge of clinical care for the elderly. You should also be compassionate, committed to individualised care, and able to motivate and inspire others.
