Job SummaryThis role involves working closely with the Deputy General Manager to ensure the delivery of quality person-centred care and support to our residents. You will be responsible for creating a warm and welcoming environment, respecting the dignity and preferences of our residents, and providing individualised care and support.
Key Responsibilities- Supervise and inspire a team of care assistants
- Support the clinical team in medication, assessments, care plans, and care reviews
- Deliver high-quality care and support to residents
