Care Professional

At HC-One, we're passionate about providing exceptional care to our residents. We're seeking a dedicated and compassionate Care Professional to join our team at our care home.
Salary: £18,000 - £22,000 per annum, depending on experience.
We offer a range of benefits, including paid Enhanced DBS/PVG, free uniform, and access to a company pension scheme.
The successful candidate will have the opportunity to learn from experienced colleagues and develop their skills in a supportive environment.

About the Role:
- Assist residents with personal care activities, such as washing, dressing, and assisting with meals.
- Deliver a high level of care that is centered around each resident's individual needs.
- Work collaboratively with the Registered Nurse and other healthcare professionals to ensure the best possible outcomes for our residents.
Requirements:
- GCSEs or equivalent in relevant subjects, such as health and social care.
- Experience in a care setting, preferably in a residential care home.
- Able to work flexible hours, including night shifts and weekends.
