Job Overview

About the Role

This full-time position involves performing routine examinations, diagnostics, and treatments on a variety of animals. You will conduct surgical procedures as needed, including spaying, neutering, and other minor surgeries. As part of our collaborative environment, you will work closely with veterinary nurses and support staff to ensure comprehensive care for patients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver high-quality patient care through routine examinations, diagnostics, and treatments.
  • Perform surgical procedures, including spaying, neutering, and minor surgeries.
  • Collaborate with the veterinary team to achieve comprehensive patient care.
  • Provide guidance and advice to pet owners on general care, feeding, and wellness.
  • Maintain accurate records of patient histories, treatments, and progress.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need a veterinary degree from a recognized institution and a valid veterinary license to practice in the UK. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential, as well as the ability to work effectively in a team and independently. A compassionate and caring approach to animals is also required.
