We are offering a competitive salary of £60,000 - £80,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus a comprehensive benefits package including pension scheme, life insurance, and 25 days annual leave.

Job Description

As an HR Business Partner at Morgan Law, you will play a key role in supporting our management team to achieve their goals by providing expert advice on people practices and employee relations matters. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Providing strategic HR guidance to teams implementing new people approaches and changes.
  • Building trusted relationships with managers to drive business efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Contributing to organisational-wide HR projects and initiatives that align with our strategic objectives.

Requirements & Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will require:

  • A proven track record in an HR generalist role, preferably with CIPD Level 7 qualification.
  • Experience in managing a varied employee relations caseload and providing expert advice on ER matters, including TUPE and restructures.
  • Up-to-date knowledge of UK HR legislation and employment law.
  • Ability to use data to drive the strategic HR plan and inform business decisions.
  • Proven project management skills and experience of delivering successful HR projects.
