About the Team

We are a dynamic team at Morgan Law, working closely together to deliver high-quality services to our clients.

As an iTrent Systems Lead, you will play a crucial role in maintaining and developing our HR systems, working closely with our Human Resources and Technology department.

Responsibilities include:

  • Managing the HR system supplier, upgrades, building new elements, software and performance testing, audit compliance, and management of system permissions and HR system access across the organisation.
  • Establishing clear procedures, processes, and workflows for all system operational activities.
  • Developing procedures to identify data anomalies or poor system user practice and advising and guiding on appropriate corrective action as deemed necessary.
  • Ensuring organisational structures and posts are accurately maintained within the HR systems to allow for efficient management reporting and financial budgeting/forecasting.
  • Managing integrations to support routine processes like annual pay and bonus reviews, and annual benefit enrolment employee selections.
  • Managing the contract, renewal, and negotiations with external HR system provider (i.e., MHR).
  • Managing the relationship with the HR system supplier, ensuring performance is measured against agreed service levels and contracts, and invoices are paid on time.
  • Creating and maintaining detailed process manuals for HR systems to prevent single points of failure and facilitate upskilling within the team or business.

Salary: £60,000 - £80,000 per annum, depending on experience.
