Job Description

Pinnacle Recruitment Ltd is seeking a Senior Health and Safety Manager to join our client's team. As a key member of the HS&E department, you will be responsible for ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and industry best practices.

About the Role

The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of HS&E principles and practices, with experience working in complex construction environments. You will be required to develop and implement effective HS&E strategies, collaborate with internal stakeholders and external partners, and analyze incident data to inform improvements.

Main Responsibilities
  1. Conduct site audits and reviews to ensure compliance with HS&E regulations.
  2. Develop and maintain HS&E policies, procedures, and guidelines.
  3. Provide training and support to employees on HS&E matters.
  4. Collaborate with project teams to identify and mitigate HS&E risks.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Chartered H&S professional (CMIOSH)
  • Knowledge of CDM regulation and other relevant legislation.
  • Experience in leading HS&E teams in high-risk construction environments.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Salary and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary of £65,000 - £80,000 per annum, depending on experience. The role also includes a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, pension scheme, and annual leave entitlement.
