We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Health, Safety and Security Lead to join our team at DP World.

The successful candidate will have a proven track record in managing HSS systems, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and maintaining the highest standards of health and safety across multiple contracts and locations.

This role involves leading the development and implementation of HSS management systems, including DPW GHSE platforms, and collaborating with multifunctional teams to ensure effective risk management and mitigation strategies.

About the Role:

We offer a competitive salary range of $90,000 - $120,000 per annum, depending on experience, as well as a comprehensive benefits package.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement HSS management systems to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Collaborate with multifunctional teams to identify and mitigate risks.
  • Lead the implementation of HSS management systems, including DPW GHSE platforms.
  • Conduct regular audits and assessments to ensure adherence to HSS policies and procedures.
  • Provide training and guidance to colleagues on HSS best practices and procedures.

Requirements:

  • At least 3+ years' experience in a HSE role, preferably in a management position.
  • Experience investigating incidents, preferably with formal training.
  • Educated to Level 6 in Safety Professional Exams or degree level in HSSE/Engineering, plus NEBOSH Certificate or similar in H&S or Environmental.
  • Grad or higher membership of IOSH.
