We're seeking an experienced Behavioral Health Market Development Specialist to join our team at Charlie Health. In this role, you'll work closely with internal partners to deliver on our go-to-market (GTM) goals and develop strategic plans to penetrate existing partnerships.

Key responsibilities include synthesizing and sharing market feedback from partners, patients, and stakeholders to inform our go-forward marketing and product strategies. You'll also attend and lead various educational meetings, marketing presentations, and networking events to stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices.

To succeed in this role, you'll need 1-4 years of proven sales experience, with a strong background in working with or selling to healthcare organizations. Experience with Microsoft Office, Salesforce, and Zoom is a plus, as well as excellent project management skills and the ability to corral and manage details in a fast-paced environment.

We offer a competitive salary of $60,000 to $70,000 per year, plus a target performance-based bonus that brings the total target cash compensation range to $80,000 to $90,000 per year.
