About the Role:

We are looking for a seasoned Senior Health and Safety Manager to lead our health and safety function at DP World. As a key member of the senior leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic plans to achieve our health and safety objectives.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in health and safety management, with a proven track record of delivering results in a fast-paced environment. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop and implement effective HSSE solutions and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement strategic HSSE plans and policies
• Conduct regular audits and inspections to ensure compliance with regulations
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify areas for HSSE enhancement
• Provide training and guidance to employees on HSSE best practices
• Analyze and report on HSSE metrics and performance indicators

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in HSSE management or a related field
• Proven track record of delivering results in a fast-paced environment
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Salary: $100,000 - $130,000 per year.
