**Job Role:** Senior Oral Health Manager
We are seeking an experienced Senior Oral Health Manager to join our team at Bupa Dental Care in Dover. This is a fixed-term contract for 24 months, working Monday to Friday, 40 hours a week.
Estimated Salary: Based on industry standards and location, we estimate the salary for this role to be around £45,000 - £55,000 per annum.
Job Description: The successful candidate will be responsible for leading and managing our oral health services to deliver high-quality patient care. You will also be required to coordinate daily operations, develop and implement strategies to improve patient satisfaction and outcomes, and maintain high standards of infection control and compliance with regulatory requirements.

Requirements:
- Qualified dental professional with significant experience in a similar role
