Our Technology Platform

Our technology platform is a sophisticated multi-layer content management system that controls the playout of music tracks, video content, interactive applications, or immersive combinations of all three. This platform is designed, developed, operated, supported, and enhanced in-house, enabling us to be highly innovative in response to creative client project requirements or business opportunities.

About This Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Sales and Marketing Support Specialist to join our dynamic team. This role is crucial in supporting our Creative Director/Business Development Director and Head of Marketing by providing both administrative and operational assistance to ensure smooth sales and marketing processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate meetings and assist with tracking and completion of action items.
  • Prepare and distribute sales and marketing materials, proposals, and contracts.
  • Maintain accurate records in the CRM system, monitor data hygiene.
Strategic Marketing Support
  • Collaborate with the Head of Marketing to develop and execute lead generation strategies tailored to B2B audiences.
  • Contribute to the creation of sales-related collateral and outreach copy, ensuring alignment with brand messaging, tone of voice, and objectives.
  • Generate monthly reports on marketing activities and lead generation to track performance and inform decision-making.
  • Manage the campaign pipeline in coordination with the Head of Marketing, ensuring timely execution and optimization across all regions.
  • Help compile market intelligence on the sector and share relevant insights with the rest of the business.
Communication & Collaboration
  • Act as a liaison between the Creative Director/Business Development Director, Head of Marketing, and internal/external stakeholders, fostering effective collaboration and positive dialogue.
  • Engage with different teams to gather valuable insights and facilitate communication channels.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to gather data and information needed for sales presentations and marketing initiatives.
Content Creation & Social Media Management
  • Contribute to and develop engaging content for various marketing channels to drive brand awareness and lead generation.
  • Manage social media accounts, creating posts and engaging with the audience to enhance brand visibility.
  • Monitor trends and industry developments to identify content opportunities.
