  • Process Optimization: Develop and implement sales strategies and processes to optimize team performance and improve win rates.
Requirements
  • Sales Expertise: Proven success in a SaaS environment, preferably with marketing-related or document management solutions.
  • Leadership Skills: Experience in building and scaling inside sales teams with a focus on professional growth and performance excellence.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues and clients.
