The Role

This high-impact position will work closely with our teams in the UK and Spain to support the sales cycle by identifying new business opportunities, pitching, negotiating, and closing new contracts. Key responsibilities include:

  1. Working closely with Business Directors for IPMI and UK, as well as other business leaders, to articulate and continually refresh our value proposition.
  2. Utilizing business data outcomes in a considered and cohesive way to have a meaningful impact with clients.
  3. Developing strong internal and external professional relationships to drive positive outcomes for our UK and Global clientele, aiming to maintain and develop a strong growth trajectory aligned with business targets.

This role involves performing end-to-end client management, including developing and maintaining strategic business relationships, often requiring different approaches, strategies, and tactics per client. Additionally, you will hold accountability as a key Health representative with named clients, helping to accelerate customer adoption, and drive expansion growth and customer satisfaction while demonstrating return on investment.

Key qualifications include a degree in Economics, Business / Business Administration, Finance or Engineering, 2 years of experience in top-level management consulting, strong business acumen, negotiation skills, and excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Fluency in English is required, with additional languages desirable.
