About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Operations Coordinator to join our team at VPss. As an Operations Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth installation of vehicle safety and security products in the UK.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in planning installations and projects to ensure timely delivery and meet customer expectations.
  • Provide technical training to in-house and external teams as required.
  • Manage the planning and delivery of installation and service work for engineers and subcontractors.
  • Effectively manage remote teams and loan workers to meet scheduling targets.
  • Deal with client requirements in a fast and efficient manner.
  • Monitor work queues to ensure all work is progressed to meet challenging scheduling targets.
  • Monitor customer requirements and negotiate demands.
  • Meet client and company expectations through management of KPIs and SLAs.
  • Prioritize a busy workload and deliver on service expectations.
