Business Operations Coordinator

Job Summary:
Norse Group is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Business Operations Coordinator to join our team. As a Business Operations Coordinator, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our team, ensuring the smooth operation of our business.
Main Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to the team, including diary coordination, document management, and data entry.
- Coordinate meetings, facilities, and hospitality.
- Manage documents and files in line with NPS Group Policy.
- Handle telephone calls and provide excellent customer service.
- Perform receptionist duties as required.
- Coordinate travel arrangements, including booking services for hire cars, rail travel, and overnight accommodation.
- Assist with financial procedures.
- Travel to other offices as required.
- Promote continuous improvement and deliver high-quality products and services.
- Demonstrate personal commitment to the Norse Way CSR strategy.
Candidate Requirements:
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- 5 GCSEs or equivalent, including Maths and English.
- ECDL or equivalent.
- Experience in a similar or related role.
