Key Responsibilities of the Operations Coordinator:
1. Provide administrative assistance to the operations division, ensuring all documentation is precise and current.
2. Aid in the organization of production timelines, guaranteeing prompt and effective workflow.
3. Maintain stock records, monitor supplies, and oversee order processing.
4. Communicate with suppliers and clients to ensure seamless interaction and resolve any operational challenges.
5. Prepare reports and presentations as requested by management.
6. Monitor and manage office supplies, placing orders as needed.
7. Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence related to operations.
8. Support the team with various administrative tasks as required.

Requirements for the Operations Coordinator:
1. Prior experience in an administrative capacity, ideally within a manufacturing or production setting.
2. Exceptional organizational and time management abilities.
3. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
4. Capability to work autonomously and collaboratively within a team.
5. Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
