Job Responsibilities
- Providing administrative support to the team, including managing records and databases
- Coordinating meetings and events, and preparing reports and presentations as required
- Liaising with internal and external stakeholders, including clients and vendors
- Ensuring office supplies are adequately stocked and maintaining a organized workspace
- Adhering to company policies and procedures, and contributing to a positive and productive work environment
Requirements
A successful Business Operations Coordinator should have:
- A strong educational background in Business Administration or a related field
- Excellent organisational and multitasking skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects
- Proficiency in MS Office applications, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to build relationships with clients and colleagues
- A keen attention to detail, with a focus on accuracy and quality
- The ability to work effectively in a team, with a positive and proactive attitude
