Job Summary:

Norse Group is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Business Operations Coordinator to join our team. As a Business Operations Coordinator, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our team, ensuring the smooth operation of our business.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to the team, including diary coordination, document management, and data entry.
  • Coordinate meetings, facilities, and hospitality.
  • Manage documents and files in line with NPS Group Policy.
  • Handle telephone calls and provide excellent customer service.
  • Perform receptionist duties as required.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements, including booking services for hire cars, rail travel, and overnight accommodation.
  • Assist with financial procedures.
  • Travel to other offices as required.
  • Promote continuous improvement and deliver high-quality products and services.
  • Demonstrate personal commitment to the Norse Way CSR strategy.

Candidate Requirements:

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Excellent attention to detail.
  • 5 GCSEs or equivalent, including Maths and English.
  • ECDL or equivalent.
  • Experience in a similar or related role.
