Key Responsibilities:

As Spa Membership Manager at Bulgari Hotel London, you will be responsible for establishing an exclusive membership base, building strong guest relations, and managing an effective retention programme. You will drive and deliver Hotel brand standards, ensuring exceptional five-star guest service in Spa sales & reservations and fitness areas.

Key Performance Indicators:

  • Maximise membership sales opportunities and meet or exceed sales targets in accordance with the business plan.
  • Drive the revenue of all business centres in the spa through effective scheduling, yield management, and sales in the Spa reservations department.
  • Oversee the management of spa group bookings and VIP guests in conjunction with the Spa Manager.

Requirements:

You will be responsible for training, guiding, and mentoring colleagues in each department to deliver outstanding guest service. You will also be required to assist with the management of an effective retail and guest supplies stock control system.

This role will act as Duty Manager when assigned as part of the rota created by the Spa Director.
