Senior Sales Director EMEA

We are seeking an experienced Senior Sales Director to lead our IT Service Management (ITSM) sales team in the EMEA region. This is a remote position requiring you to be located in the United Kingdom.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 15 years of relevant experience, with 3-5 years in a second-line sales management position. They will possess empathetic leadership skills, be a passionate learner, and value diversity.

Responsibilities:- Drive exceptional sales growth through successful leadership, customer engagement, and effective planning and execution of go-to-market strategies.
- Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy to drive revenue growth for Jira Service Management in the Central European market.
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of front-line managers and Solution Sales Executives to achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Engage effectively with large Jira Service Management customers and prospects to drive revenue growth and success.
