Customer Experience Lead

As a Customer Experience Lead - Luxury Retail, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients. You will work closely with colleagues to achieve sales targets and drive business growth. Your ability to stay up-to-date with industry trends and product information will enable you to provide informed advice to clients.
Compensation
£40,000 - £60,000 per annum, depending on experience.

- Developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients through excellent communication and product knowledge.
- Collaborating with colleagues to achieve sales targets and drive business growth.
- Staying up-to-date with industry trends and product information to provide informed advice to clients.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in Luxury retail or Jewellery Sales.
- Proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service and achieving sales targets.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
