Commercial Manager Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Commercial Manager to join our client's team in Coventry. As a key member of the commercial team, you will report to the Commercial Director and be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with our existing customer base.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain relationships with the existing customer base to deliver on the cement commercial strategy.
- Develop new customer relationships and business opportunities.
- Maintain complete market knowledge, continually monitoring competitor activities, products, and sales profiles.
- Promote the range of products, services, and digital platform.
- Promote cross-selling opportunities.
- Achieve individual sales targets in line with set objectives.
- Establish working relationships within the company to share knowledge, experience, and expertise to enhance customer service.
- Complete all reports within the agreed timeframe.
Requirements:
- Commercial Sales experience is essential.
- Previous sales experience within the industry with technical knowledge is desirable.
- Knowledge and experience of IT including Customer Relationship Management.
- Full UK Driving Licence.
