Commercial Sales Director

As a key member of the E-Systems team at Lear Corporation, the Commercial Sales Director will be responsible for driving commercial success across all electronics products supplied to JLR globally and Ford across Europe.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive customer strategy to meet internal financial commitments and secure new revenue opportunities for selected customer accounts.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and improve customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree or above in a technical field.
  • At least 10-15 years of experience managing complex customer accounts from a commercial perspective in the automotive industry.
  • Strong understanding of cost drivers, financial business case analysis, and budgeting.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Specific experience related to JLR and/or Ford customer accounts.
