About Our Team

We are a dynamic and growing organization seeking a talented B2B Sales Executive to join our team at The Portfolio Group. As a key player in our sales department, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth and meet sales targets.

Responsibilities:
  • Cold Calling: Reach out to prospective clients via telephone and email to generate leads and establish initial contact.
  • Sales Pipeline Management: Build and maintain a robust pipeline of prospects, ensuring regular follow-ups and updates in the CRM system.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with Business Development Managers (BDMs) and the sales team to align strategies, share insights, and refine sales approaches.
Requirements:
  • Experience: Demonstrable experience in B2B sales, particularly in cold calling and outbound lead generation.
  • Motivation: Self-motivated and target-driven, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Technical Proficiency: Proficiency in CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Benefits:

We offer a competitive salary of £23,000 - £25,000 with an achievable OTE of £40,000, as well as performance-based bonuses and incentives. Additionally, we provide comprehensive training and opportunities for advancement within a growing organization.
