We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced B2B Sales Executive to join our sales team at The Portfolio Group. This is an excellent opportunity for a self-driven individual with a proven track record in cold calling and lead generation.

Job Description:

The successful candidate will be responsible for initiating contact with potential business clients through targeted outreach strategies, building and maintaining a robust sales pipeline, and collaborating closely with the sales team to achieve shared goals.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Cold Calling: Engage with prospective clients via telephone and email to generate leads and establish initial contact.
  • Sales Pipeline Management: Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of prospects, ensuring regular follow-ups and updates in CRM systems.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with colleagues to align strategies, share insights, and refine sales approaches.
  • Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to identify new opportunities and enhance sales tactics.
  • Reporting: Provide regular reports on lead generation activities, appointment setting, and sales performance to management.

Requirements: We are looking for a target-driven individual with demonstrable experience in B2B sales, particularly in cold calling and outbound lead generation. Key requirements include:

  • Experience: Proven track record in B2B sales, with a focus on cold calling and lead generation.
  • Motivation: Self-motivated and target-driven, with a proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Technical Proficiency: Proficient in CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

What We Offer: A competitive salary of £23,000 - £25,000 per annum, with an achievable OTE of £40,000, performance-based bonuses and incentives, comprehensive onboarding and ongoing training, opportunities for advancement, and a collaborative and inclusive work environment with a focus on professional growth and success.
