Role Summary

The Sell Out Innovation Manager will play a key role in driving revenue growth and innovation across Samsung Europe's e-commerce channels. This includes direct-to-consumer sales, promotional events, and sales channel exclusive promotions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute innovative marketing and commerce solutions to drive revenue growth in the European region.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including subsidiary, EO, and HQ teams, to communicate e-store team objectives and gain agreement.
  • Lead the communications strategy and execution to senior leaders to ensure full understanding and alignment of plans.
  • Work on new projects and guide the solution-development through the lifecycle process across all existing and new European sites.
  • Focus on driving incremental revenue for Samsung Europe through piloting new promotional mechanics or developing Pan-European promotional campaigns.

Requirements

  • Ability to see the bigger picture and think strategically about what is possible.
  • Experience in a commercial e-commerce role is highly desirable.
  • Excellent design skills of PowerPoint presentations to appeal to Samsung Senior Leadership teams.
  • Ability to prioritize and influence projects, deliverables, and collaborators.
  • Excellent understanding of business complexity and project interdependencies.
  • Ability to adapt quickly to changing business requirements.
  • Hands-on mentality and experience within delivery.
  • Understanding of and/or experience with Korean culture desirable.
  • Hard-working and upbeat when delivering multiple projects at the same time.
