Sauced. is searching for an accomplished Enterprise Sales Performance Director to drive revenue growth and exceed net new business targets through proactive pipeline generation and C-level engagement.

This challenging role offers a lucrative compensation package, with an estimated annual salary of £180k, comprising a base salary and an uncapped commission structure of up to £80k, with performance accelerators.

Responsibilities:
  • Exceed net new business revenue targets by generating and closing high-value deals, utilizing expert knowledge of MEDDIC sales methodology and project management for qualified deals.

The successful candidate will possess a strong track record of sales success, self-motivation, and a commitment to continuous learning, with a passion for driving business growth and delivering exceptional results.
