About the Role:

We are looking for an experienced Mental Health Clinician to join our team in North Staffordshire.

This role involves working within the Sexual Abuse and Assault Pathway, providing high-quality clinical services to individuals and their families. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to develop their skills and expertise in this area.

The salary for this role is £37,338 - £44,962 per annum, with full-time hours of 37.5 per week.

Key Responsibilities:
  • To deliver clinical care to individuals and their families, working within the Sexual Abuse and Assault Pathway.
  • To undertake clinical assessments and develop care plans in collaboration with service users and carers.
  • To liaise with relevant services across the pathway to ensure effective delivery of care.
  • To contribute to quality standards, including auditing and reviewing practice.
Requirements:
  • A degree in Mental Health Nursing or a related field.
  • Post-graduate qualification in psychological interventions (CBT, EMDR, CAT, DBT, Family Therapy).
  • At least 2 years' experience in working with adults experiencing mental health-related difficulties.
