Job Description:

We are seeking a qualified Adult Mental Health Practitioner to join our team in North Staffordshire.

The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality clinical services to individuals and their families, working within the Sexual Abuse and Assault Pathway. This is a 12-month fixed-term position, with the opportunity to work exclusively in this area.

The salary for this role is £37,338 - £44,962 per annum, with full-time hours of 37.5 per week.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Undertake clinical assessments to establish individual needs, goals, risks, and strengths.
  • Develop and implement care plans in collaboration with service users and carers.
  • Liaise with relevant services across the pathway to ensure effective delivery of care.
  • Contribute to quality standards, including auditing and reviewing practice.
Requirements:
  • A Qualified Registered Mental Health Practitioner (RMN, DipSW, CQSW, CSS or OT) registered with a professional governing body.
  • Experience in working with adults experiencing mental health-related difficulties.
  • Knowledge of clinical risk assessment and risk management planning.
