We are seeking an experienced and skilled Clinical Mental Health Specialist to join our team in North Staffordshire. As a key member of our Sexual Abuse and Assault Pathway, you will work closely with multidisciplinary teams to deliver high-quality clinical services to individuals experiencing mental health-related difficulties.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Manage a complex caseload, including specialist assessments, care planning, and liaison with relevant services.
  • Participate in setting quality standards, auditing, monitoring, and reviewing practice in line with current clinical guidance and policy.
  • Administer medication as appropriate, complying with Trust procedures and NMC Guidance.
  • Evaluate patient care needs, develop, implement, and evaluate programmes of care.
  • Contribute to robust risk assessments and risk management plans, promoting positive risk taking to improve quality of life and independence.

**Requirements:**

  • Qualified Registered Mental Health Practitioner (RMN, DipSW, CQSW, CSS, or OT) registered with the appropriate governing body (NMC, Social Work England, or HCPC).

**Salary:** £37,338 - £44,962 per annum, full-time 37 hours per week.
