Behaviour Support Practitioner Lead

We are seeking an experienced educator to lead our Behaviour Support Team in Tower Hamlets. As a specialist teacher, you will provide support to children with SEMH needs and work collaboratively with schools to enhance inclusive practices.
The ideal candidate will have experience working with schools at all levels, supporting the development of whole school policies and practices. You will also be responsible for individual diagnostic assessments and providing intervention strategies.
The team works closely with schools to deliver statutory core support for children with EHCPs and provides training and resources to support schools in improving their inclusive practice.

Salary: £40,000 - £50,000 per annum (dependent on qualifications and experience).
