In this role, you will champion the TCES Way by embedding values and expectations, creating a cohesive, inclusive setting for neurodiverse students.

You will work closely with subject-specific teachers to provide a stable environment for growth, promoting school values and leading behaviour management initiatives.

The successful candidate will be a graduate with a background in child-centred roles, passionate about supporting students with ASC and SEMH.

The estimated salary for this position is £25,000 - £35,000 per annum, depending on experience.
