About the Role:

We are seeking a Behavioural Support Practitioner to join our team at a primary school in Tower Hamlets. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing one-to-one support to a pupil with challenging behaviour and developing strategies to manage difficult situations.

The ideal candidate will have previous experience working in a school setting and be confident in managing challenging behaviour. Training and a handover process will be provided to ensure a smooth transition into the role.

Key Qualifications:

  • Previous experience working in a school setting
  • Confidence in managing challenging behaviour
  • Ability to develop and implement behaviour management strategies
