The ideal candidate will have experience working with children with behavioural issues, excellent communication skills, and the ability to create a safe and encouraging learning environment.

Salary: £18-22 per hour (dependent on experience)

Job Description:

We are looking for someone who can assist Teachers in preparing lesson materials, record pupil progress, and help pupils stay focused during class hours. This role also involves supervising group activities, sport events, and school outings, as well as helping Teachers manage student behaviour.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Ability to communicate clearly with Teachers and younger individuals
  • Active listening skills
  • Understanding and sensitivity towards children
  • Excellent knowledge of lessons that pupils are required to learn in class
