Behavioural Support Practitioner

We are seeking an exceptional Behavioural Support Practitioner to join our dynamic team in Waltham Forest. As a Behaviour Mentor, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality support services to students with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and related conditions.
Your primary responsibilities will include developing and implementing individualised learning plans, maintaining accurate records of student progress, and collaborating with teachers and other professionals to develop and implement behaviour plans. You will also contribute to the development of teaching resources and strategies to support learners with special educational needs.
To succeed in this role, you will require strong communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times. A competitive salary range of £25,000-£30,000 per annum, depending on experience, and an excellent benefits package await the successful candidate.
