**Job Summary:**
We are looking for a Positive Behaviour Support Practitioner to join our team at The PRIDE Academy. As a Positive Behaviour Support Practitioner, you will be responsible for providing support to students with complex behavioural needs, promoting positive behaviour skills and strategies.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Work closely with teaching staff to develop and implement behaviour support plans
- Provide individualised support to students with complex behavioural needs
- Deliver training and workshops on positive behaviour strategies
**Requirements:**
- Relevant qualifications and experience in working with children with special educational needs
- Strong understanding of child development and behaviour theory
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
**Salary & Benefits:**
The successful candidate will receive a competitive salary of £31,069 - £35,444 (£26,604.66) pro rata, plus a range of benefits including professional development opportunities and a supportive work environment.
