We are seeking an experienced Operational Service Assistant to join our community response team, providing comprehensive administrative support to the Care Community Teams.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing calls, referrals, and supporting clinical staff to respond to the health needs of the population. They will work closely with the Care Community Co-ordinator to liaise with internal and external services, ensuring seamless communication and efficient service delivery.

This is an exciting opportunity for a dedicated individual to join our dynamic team and contribute to the delivery of exceptional patient care. We offer a competitive salary of £27,625 per annum, reflecting the importance of delivering high-quality administrative support in this busy environment.

Key responsibilities include:
• Providing comprehensive administrative support to the Care Community Teams
• Managing calls, referrals, and supporting clinical staff in responding to health needs
• Liaising with internal and external services to ensure seamless communication and efficient service delivery
• Maintaining accurate records and documentation, adhering to confidentiality and data protection policies

Requirements
• 5 GCSEs grade C or equivalent, including English
• Proficient in Microsoft applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• ECDL or equivalent certification
• Strong understanding of confidentiality and data protection policies
• Ability to exercise initiative and make informed decisions
• Proactive time management and organisational skills
• Experience working in an office environment preferred
