Are you a motivated and organized individual looking for a challenging role in the healthcare sector? Mid Cheshire Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust is currently seeking an Accident and Emergency Front of House Coordinator to join our team.

In this role, you will provide administrative support to the emergency department, including booking patients and paramedics, dealing with telephone and face-to-face enquiries, and maintaining accurate patient records.

The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that patient information is accurately recorded and relevant documentation is created to support safe patient care. They will also be required to deal with enquiries promptly and direct patients/relatives/carers accordingly.

We are offering a competitive salary of £23,000-£26,000 per annum, depending on experience. The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, be dedicated and courteous, and must be able to deal with sensitive and confidential issues in line with GDPR.

This is a permanent full-time position working 24 hours a day, 7 days a week with various shift patterns available. You will have a 2-week rolling rota enabling you to plan your personal time in advance.

About the Role
  • You will be the first point of contact for patients, relatives, and visitors.
  • You will be responsible for maintaining accurate patient records and creating relevant documentation.
  • You will deal with enquiries promptly and direct patients/relatives/carers accordingly.
