Job Description
We are seeking a Customer Experience Coordinator to join our Front Office team at Accor Hotels. In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating front office operations and ensuring that all guests receive exceptional customer service.
About the Role
The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining Front Office log books and shift reports, adhering to the Procedures & Standards Manual, and liaising with Housekeeping for Room Status. You will also be expected to provide effective support to the team to enable them to provide effective and efficient services.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate front office operations to ensure seamless guest experience.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure excellent guest experience.
Salary Information
The estimated annual salary for this role is $40,000 - $55,000 based on industry standards and location.
