Staff Nurse Ward Lead NHS

This Staff Nurse role is an excellent opportunity to work closely with members of the Multi-disciplinary team in Ward 4 at Mid Cheshire Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust. The successful candidate will provide care with dignity, meet the varied demands of the ward, and prioritize their working day under pressure.
**Job Responsibilities**
- An experienced healthcare professional competent in all aspects of care planning, who is able to carry out a wide range of clinical skills.
- Take an active part in the leadership, education, development, and supervision of the team.
- Involve patients, relatives, and carers in the delivery of care, providing reassurance and support.
- Work collaboratively within the multidisciplinary team/agencies to ensure that patient needs are met.
- Recognize and respond appropriately to urgent and emergency situations.
- Collect, collate, and report information, maintaining accurate patient records/documentation.
Person Specification
The successful candidate should have £29,970 to £36,483 per annum pro rata, experience in acute medicine, and evidence of knowledge within the field.
